I’ve been finding that my shelves need a bit of revamping. I have a selection of different genres, but realized I need to branch out and start looking at under represented authors. My current shelf of LGBTQ and BIPOC writers is sorely lacking in comparison to my other book piles.

Now, I really do want to get through my books on my TBR, but I don’t think it would hurt to start gravitating to authors who are not cis white men and women. I need a change in perspective. I will definitely be workin with my local librarians to find new treasures, but I would love to know of any books you loved or feel are a “must read”.
